Call for Application: Venice International University

Tor Vergata University of Rome has joined the Venice International University network in 2016. This prestigious outcome allows our university to expand even further our offer for international studies to our students within the Undergraduate and Graduate courses (Laurea triennale, Laurea magistrale and Laurea a ciclo unico), allowing them to complete their curricular track in Rome with a residential international experience in Venice.

Globalization Program

Students will be able to study for one semester with classmates coming from 17 other prestigious Universities of the world, learning about interdisciplinary issues taught into the Globalization Program.

The call for the Spring 2020 Semester is now available and you can apply now by filling the Pre-registration form. The Venice International University will evaluate the applications on a curricular base and select students from Tor Vergata and from the other partner Universities.

While access to VIU is free of charge Tor Vergata students, living expenses (room and board) are not. Deserving students may receive scholarships from VIU for their 15 weeks stay in Venice (read more and apply).

Moreover, students admitted by VIU will receive from Tor Vergata a scholarship (the amount granted will be equal to 250 euro per month, 1000 euro for the four months in San Servolo).

Eight scholarships are available for this semester, fully funded by the Sebastiano and Rita Raeli Foundation for Tor Vergata. If more than 8 students will be admitted at VIU, those applying for the scholarship will first be ranked by year of enrollment (last year Bachelor’s and Master’s students will be given priority) and then by GPA.
